Originally from Alabama, Toliver received her Film degree from University of North Carolina - Asheville, and shortly thereafter moved to Los Angeles to put her talents to work. Since moving, Toliver has honed her acting ability by taking the stage and has performed leading roles in plays such as “Proof,” John Patrick Shanley’s “Savage in Limbo,” and Robert Altman’s “Short Cuts” along with graduating from The Ruskin School of Acting, the west coast representative of The Neighborhood Playhouse started by Sandy Meisner. On the screen side, Toliver has produced SAG projects, starred in numerous shorts and commercials, and is currently writing and developing projects of her own.
